Petyo Maslev started the match with the kick off. Bart Montano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavin Joyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tad Duff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petyo Maslev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petyo Maslev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Tad Duff made a huge save. After having played for 12 minutes, Petyo Maslev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Make America Great Again's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petyo Maslev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Make America Great Again were awarded a corner. Petyo Maslev went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Make America Great Again's corner Petyo Maslev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tad Duff quite easily take care of the ball. In the 18th minute, Gavin Joyce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bart Montano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavin Joyce in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bart Montano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Make America Great Again's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bryant Mobley was slow to take the kick. During this time Elkhorn's players had a chance to rest. Elkhorn's Bryant Mobley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bart Montano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Make America Great Again's Wesley Brand got a free kick in the 24th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Make America Great Again's Petyo Maslev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tad Duff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Make America Great Again getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Petyo Maslev hit a great ball. Petyo Maslev's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tad Duff firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavin Joyce was the one to do the kick off. David Manciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tad Duff having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Elkhorn's goal looked a bit too open when David Manciu came free, but Tad Duff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tad Duff came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Make America Great Again's David Manciu. But to his dismay, David Manciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Trenton Ross hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petyo Maslev in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tad Duff saved Elkhorn from getting behind. Tad Duff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petyo Maslev, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Manciu in the 82nd minute of play forced Elkhorn's goalkeeper Tad Duff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Manciu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Petyo Maslev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
