Spectators: 7428 (Terracing: 6325, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Otis Sanderson got the match started through his kick off. If Otis Sanderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricky Flores blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miomir Knežević having to make a save. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sajokia's goalkeeper Miomir Knežević, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Bilbao Atletic FC's Otis Sanderson in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sajokia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute, Otis Sanderson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stewart Krause kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leland Agostino in the 18th minute of play forced Sajokia's goalkeeper Miomir Knežević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aírton Vianna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sajokia's Miomir Knežević played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otis Sanderson in the 22nd minute of play. Miomir Knežević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otis Sanderson in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Otis Sanderson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bilbao Atletic FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Miomir Knežević came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Bilbao Atletic FC's Otis Sanderson. But to his dismay, Otis Sanderson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Miomir Knežević took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leland Agostino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otis Sanderson took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miomir Knežević. Miomir Knežević dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If Otis Sanderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aírton Vianna made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Lonnie Weathers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bilbao Atletic FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sajokia the free kick. Lonnie Weathers hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, Bilbao Atletic FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lonnie Weathers to maneuver through the defense. Julian Barrera struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Martin Padron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sajokia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leland Agostino in the 60th minute of play forced Sajokia's goalkeeper Miomir Knežević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sajokia's Miomir Knežević proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Sajokia from getting a goal against them. Ricky Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Miomir Knežević made a huge save. Martin Padron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sajokia's Stewart Krause got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Bilbao Atletic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Vianna came free, but Martin Padron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match, Otis Sanderson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miomir Knežević saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ricky Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Miomir Knežević made a huge save. Miomir Knežević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lyle Christie in the 87th minute of the match. Leland Agostino had several of the Sajokia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Miomir Knežević as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Sajokia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bilbao Atletic FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
