Donny Gonzales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kory Leal in the 8th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Sajokia got a freekick which was hit by Kareem Nixon. Simon Wang kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Delmont's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joey Bishop in the 16th minute. The corner led Delmont's Geoff Plummer to fire away a dangerous shot which Donny Gonzales despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Donny Gonzales was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anton Cuevas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 26th minute, Nestor de Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sajokia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Deshawn Ash made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nestor de Barros immediately put the ball in play. After 41 minutes, Nelson Oliver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sajokia and the Delmont players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sajokia getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nelson Oliver hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the game, Kory Leal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donny Gonzales. Kory Leal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Anton Cuevas took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donny Gonzales. Donny Gonzales dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 54th minute Allen Bellamy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donny Gonzales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sajokia's Stewart Krause got a free kick in the 57th minute. Delmont's Joey Bishop got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, one of Sajokia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sajokia. Sajokia:s Donny Gonzales showed great skill when he stopped Anton Cuevas:s penalty. 62 minutes into the match, Anton Cuevas notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Sajokia's Donny Gonzales. Donny Gonzales was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 71 minutes, Kory Leal made it 9-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sajokia's Donny Gonzales tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dominik Banaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aírton Vianna in the 75th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Sajokia's Dominik Banaszak threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nestor de Barros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the game, Kory Leal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-1. Donny Gonzales was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nelson Oliver kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Allen Bellamy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sajokia's Stewart Krause quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Geoff Plummer, made in the 96th minute of the game. Kareem Nixon charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kareem Nixon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmont walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
