Seating: 1955, VIP seats: 169) Team NCIS's Jack Ferris started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Triton Central FC's Sinforoso Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ferris in the 2nd minute of play. In the 8th minute Matt Howe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip McNair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nigel Croft recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Philip McNair made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enoch Marks in the 10th minute. Team NCIS's Philip McNair proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Team NCIS from getting a goal against them. Enoch Marks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Philip McNair made a huge save. 17 minutes into the game, Triton Central FC's Matt Howe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Philip McNair made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Enoch Marks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Team NCIS's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Romano came free, but Philip McNair reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chase Jordan in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sinforoso Solera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sinforoso Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ferris, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Sinforoso Solera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rich Dozier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Triton Central FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Ferris came free, but Sinforoso Solera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Matt Howe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Team NCIS's Jack Ferris got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sinforoso Solera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Ferris in the 43rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Team NCIS's zone, Paul Romano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip McNair came out of the goal and Paul Romano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Triton Central FC's Sinforoso Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nigel Croft in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Paul Romano made the kick off in the second half. Sinforoso Solera came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Team NCIS's Jack Ferris. But to his dismay, Jack Ferris quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Jack Ferris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sinforoso Solera came out and tried to block the shot, but Jack Ferris slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 54th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Herget notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Team NCIS's Philip McNair. Philip McNair was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute of the match, Jack Ferris got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sinforoso Solera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sinforoso Solera made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Nigel Croft sent off a good shot on target. Paul Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Philip McNair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Enoch Marks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Triton Central FC were furious when Adolfo Delong was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Sinforoso Solera had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Jack Ferris's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Jack Ferris dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sinforoso Solera, 3-3. The supporters of Triton Central FC booed when Team NCIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chase Jordan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enoch Marks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip McNair having to interfere. Sinforoso Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nigel Croft, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
