After 3 minutes, Bert Justens made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. shenhua's Wilford Mott tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilford Mott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 7 minutes of play, Nomads Football Club's Bert Justens made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilford Mott was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind shenhua's goalkeeper Wilford Mott, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Claudio Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nomads Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Quiroga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilford Mott breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. shenhua's Wilford Mott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 12th minute of play. Claudio Quiroga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilford Mott having to make a save. Holger Dennon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilford Mott read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Wilford Mott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Mason Brandon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. shenhua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nomads Football Club the free kick. In the 23rd minute Claudio Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilford Mott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in shenhua fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Nomads Football Club a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Holger Dennon, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of shenhua's Wilford Mott. 0-4. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Claudio Quiroga sped through shenhua's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilford Mott. In the 35thth minute of the game Claudio Quiroga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but shenhua's Wilford Mott was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Bert Justens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilford Mott. shenhua's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bert Justens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 39th minute, Claudio Quiroga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilford Mott was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. shenhua's Wilford Mott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Justens in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Holger Dennon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nomads Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave shenhua the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Nomads Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Dennon to maneuver through the defense. Wilford Mott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Quiroga in the 46th minute of the match. shenhua's Wilford Mott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Rashad Starks made the kick off in the second half. Bert Justens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Wilford Mott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilford Mott having to interfere. Bert Justens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. shenhua's Wilford Mott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Claudio Quiroga made a precise shot to the right of Wilford Mott. shenhua's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Wilford Mott came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Nomads Football Club's Holger Dennon. But to his dismay, Holger Dennon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Wilford Mott stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bert Justens's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Nomads Football Club were awarded a corner. Holger Dennon went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Nomads Football Club's corner Holger Dennon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilford Mott quite easily take care of the ball. In the 76th minute, Claudio Quiroga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilford Mott. The goal made the score 0-10. Bert Justens spun around in front of the goal 80 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of shenhua's goal. shenhua's Wilford Mott proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save shenhua from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Claudio Quiroga took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Wilford Mott to make any attempt to save it. 90 minutes into the match, Nomads Football Club's Claudio Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilford Mott narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Nomads Football Club's Claudio Quiroga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilford Mott. That made the score 0-12 after 92 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Claudio Quiroga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilford Mott was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Nomads Football Club played a much better game than shenhua and deserved their victory. The shenhua players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
