Spectators: 7489 (Terracing: 6354, Seating: 1103, VIP seats: 32) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a rather tough play, Futabu's DeMarcus Cain got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 10 played minutes Erma got a freekick which was hit by Federico Gordon. The supporters of Futabu booed when Erma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dwayne Nichols didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dexter Post showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Woodson in the 18th minute of the match. Futabu's Dexter Post played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derek Cleveland in the 21st minute of play. Chris Beal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Wyatt in the 31st minute of the match. Roman Boyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Beal having to interfere. If Josiah Phelps had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derek Cleveland might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dexter Post. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Derek Cleveland ran back to his position shaking his head. Chris Beal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domenico Meier in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Derek Cleveland made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Futabu's Devon Urbina got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 56th match minute, Erma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dwayne Nichols to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Erma's zone, Von Terrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Beal came out of the goal and Von Terrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erma's Chris Beal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Wyatt in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Von Terrell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Futabu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Erma the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Wyatt in the 66th minute of play forced Erma's goalkeeper Chris Beal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Louis Wyatt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Erma's Dominique Bartley got a free kick in the 74th minute. Louis Wyatt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erma's Chris Beal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Wyatt in the 78th minute of play. Erma's Derek Cleveland got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
