After having played for 8 minutes, Hank Blackburn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Markham FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hank Blackburn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Markham FC's Benedykt Waselewicz in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HISPANO FC's goalie prevented a goal. After taking down the ball on Markham FC's corner William Cobb fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Orestis Karnezis quite easily take care of the ball. After 31 minutes, Benedykt Waselewicz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Orestis Karnezis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Waselewicz in the 35th minute of play. Orestis Karnezis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Waselewicz in the 37th minute of the match. If Hank Blackburn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Waselewicz in the 41st minute of play. Orestis Karnezis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Waselewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orestis Karnezis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Urtzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Benedykt Waselewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Markham FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The wind increased when Benedykt Waselewicz made the kick off in the second half. Benedykt Waselewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Orestis Karnezis made a huge save. Orestis Karnezis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Waselewicz in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ana Nedžić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, HISPANO FC's goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Urtzi. Benedykt Waselewicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Orestis Karnezis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benedykt Waselewicz in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Orestis Karnezis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Markham FC's Benedykt Waselewicz in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HISPANO FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis got control of the ball when Bartolo Urtzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, HISPANO FC's Jonas Granström got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Markham FC's Wesley Driscoll was substituted for Bartolo Urtzi. Jonas Granström kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Migúel Herrera's late challenge caught a Markham FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Migúel Herrera helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Migúel Herrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save HISPANO FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis got control of the ball when Benedykt Waselewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to HISPANO FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ana Nedžić hit a great ball. Benedykt Waselewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jefferson Otero hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With his leg Orestis Karnezis managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Markham FC's Benedykt Waselewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 88thth minute of the game Benedykt Waselewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in HISPANO FC's zone, Daren Kelley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orestis Karnezis came out of the goal and Daren Kelley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wesley Driscoll came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orestis Karnezis could save by the left post. Benedykt Waselewicz took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orestis Karnezis. Orestis Karnezis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 97th minute, HISPANO FC's Jonas Granström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Granström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of HISPANO FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Granström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Markham FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
