Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Black Rock's Jlloyd Le Gendre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jean Smith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Hamel-Smith in the 9th minute of the match. If Brian Charles Richardson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean Smith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Hamel-Smith, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Brian Charles Richardson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Charles Richardson in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean Smith saved Black Rock from getting behind. Kendall Ross kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Oliver Hamel-Smith managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mount Lambert's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Hamel-Smith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Charles Richardson in the 25th minute of play forced Black Rock's goalkeeper Jean Smith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Hamel-Smith blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean Smith having to make a save. Austin Mathur charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Austin Mathur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Austin Mathur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean Smith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Charles Richardson in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Brian Charles Richardson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Smith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes Black Rock got a freekick which was hit by Jlloyd Le Gendre. If Brian Charles Richardson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Charles Richardson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean Smith having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Hamel-Smith in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean Smith prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brian Charles Richardson made a kick off. Jean Smith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Charles Richardson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Brian Charles Richardson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes of play Mount Lambert's Austin Mathur was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 61st minute, Austin Mathur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Ramjohn-Richards kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Sam James struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Jean Smith didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mount Lambert. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Makan Zamora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mount Lambert's supporters rose to their feet, but Makan Zamora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean Smith breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oliver Hamel-Smith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Black Rock's Jean Smith got control of the ball when Makan Zamora tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mount Lambert's Makan Zamora got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gary Bradley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Jean Smith made a huge save. Makan Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mount Lambert booed when Black Rock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kendall Ross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mount Lambert's Oliver Hamel-Smith came free and shot a quick shot against goal 90 minutes in the game, fortunately Jean Smith had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Black Rock:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mount Lambert:s goal. When the match was over Mount Lambert could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Black Rock throughout the match.
