Oliver Hamel-Smith ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Brian Charles Richardson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean Smith was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Oliver Hamel-Smith could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Jean Smith made a huge save. Oliver Hamel-Smith succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 31st playminute. After having played for 40 minutes, Brian Charles Richardson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mount Lambert's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brian Charles Richardson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45th play minutes Brian Charles Richardson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Jean Smith and just under the crossbar into goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Brian Charles Richardson made the kick off in the second half. Oliver Hamel-Smith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jean Smith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Mount Lambert was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gary Bradley to maneuver through the defense. Graph Commissiong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Ramjohn-Richards, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Oliver Hamel-Smith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Black Rock's Jean Smith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Hamel-Smith in the 68th minute of play. Oliver Hamel-Smith struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Jean Smith didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mount Lambert. After a defensive mix-up in Black Rock's zone, Oliver Hamel-Smith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Smith came out of the goal and Oliver Hamel-Smith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Jlloyd Le Gendre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Kendall Ross fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Rock's protests and gave Kendall Ross a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Black Rock got a freekick which was hit by Kendall Ross. 80 minutes into the match, Black Rock's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Hamel-Smith came free, but Jean Smith reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Black Rock's zone, Oliver Hamel-Smith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Smith came out of the goal and Oliver Hamel-Smith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brian Charles Richardson in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean Smith prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliver Hamel-Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean Smith having to interfere. When Oliver Hamel-Smith came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mount Lambert fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Hamel-Smith couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Brian Charles Richardson made a precise shot to the right of Jean Smith. Black Rock's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Oliver Hamel-Smith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
