Spectators: 10814 (Terracing: 8111, Seating: 2487, VIP seats: 216) Wes Corneal made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Standiford String Band in the 3rd minute of play forced Titan FC's goalkeeper Charles Brown to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Raffique Mannette notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Titan FC's Charles Brown. Charles Brown was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 9th minute, Raffique Hussein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Titan FC's zone, Raffique Mannette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Brown came out of the goal and Raffique Mannette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Chaguanas Strikers's Krishna Bednob nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Brown made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Krishna Bednob recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Titan FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Manny Sealy hit a great ball. Raffique Mannette blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles Brown having to make a save. Charles Brown showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Standiford String Band in the 25th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Standiford String Band in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Brown saved Titan FC from getting behind. If Sterling Chancellor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles Brown made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natasha Badree in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Bob Partap threw the ball into play from the sideline. Titan FC's Sugar Goodridge quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Wes Corneal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Clyde Chambers made a huge save. In the 37th match minute, Titan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sterling Chancellor to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Titan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Standiford String Band came free, but Charles Brown reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Standiford String Band ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Brown was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Natasha Badree took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Brown. Charles Brown dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Standiford String Band stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Krishna Bednob mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chaguanas Strikers and the Titan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Charles Brown came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Chaguanas Strikers's Standiford String Band. But to his dismay, Standiford String Band quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Charles Brown showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raffique Mannette, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Julius Belfon kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Charles Brown was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Standiford String Band capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Standiford String Band really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. After 74 minutes, Harry Mohammed mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Titan FC and the Chaguanas Strikers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Harry Mohammed kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, Titan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manny Sealy to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Titan FC's goalkeeper Charles Brown had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Standiford String Band. The Titan FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chaguanas Strikers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
