Sport KJU's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orzaize Proaño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orzaize Proaño in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quintyn Hormaza saved Sport KJU from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Sport KJU's Xzavier Geli got a free kick in the 42nd minute. A hard shot 44 in the game by Orzaize Proaño from a close distance when the talented Quintyn Hormaza managed to make a qualified save. Sport KJU's players were relieved. Gerardo Bao hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Quintyn Hormaza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Gabaldon in the 57th minute of the match. Orzaize Proaño took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quintyn Hormaza. Quintyn Hormaza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Quintyn Hormaza came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Tuscal's Orzaize Proaño. But to his dismay, Orzaize Proaño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Sport KJU's Loramendi Landeras suffered a sprained foot after 78 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gervasio Meldasgoas during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, one of Tuscal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tuscal. The goalkeeper, Timoteo Zuazo, was totally fooled by Sport KJU's Gerardo Bao, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Quintyn Hormaza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orzaize Proaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 86 minutes of play, Tuscal's Orzaize Proaño made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quintyn Hormaza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cebo Valdez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quintyn Hormaza having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Tuscal's Loco Peroria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quintyn Hormaza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tuscal had played much better football throughout.
