But to his dismay, Anton Donose quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Yánez Aldaeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Jehlička in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Univ. UASD booed when Club Atlético Lea Papá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gao Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Casimiro Villanueva shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hong Qing showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Yánez Aldaeta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Univ. UASD from getting a goal against them. Norbert Gutiev kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Donose got free with Yánez Aldaeta in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michal Jehlička recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hanley Morrison in the 44th minute of play forced Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper Hong Qing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Jehlička in the 45th minute of play forced Club Atlético Univ. UASD's goalkeeper Yánez Aldaeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Univ. UASD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Raúl Gordillo was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atlético Lea Papá's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Raúl Gordillo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Yánez Aldaeta did a great save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casimiro Villanueva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Lea Papá's goal looked a bit too open when Hanley Morrison came free, but Hong Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Michal Jehlička notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Yánez Aldaeta. Yánez Aldaeta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 56 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Univ. UASD's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Jehlička came free, but Yánez Aldaeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UASD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yánez Aldaeta. Hong Qing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Palma, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Hanley Morrison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hong Qing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Anton Donose who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Yánez Aldaeta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Bartolomé Matheus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Yánez Aldaeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Donose in the 79th minute of play. Omar Palma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hong Qing having to interfere. Club Atlético Lea Papá were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Club Atlético Univ. UASD's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raúl Gordillo took the corner. 91 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Univ. UASD's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo-Pedro Poy came free, but Yánez Aldaeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes Club Atlético Univ. UASD got a freekick which was hit by Hanley Morrison. Yánez Aldaeta came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Lea Papá's Aldo-Pedro Poy. But to his dismay, Aldo-Pedro Poy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Club Atlético Lea Papá's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
