The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chadli Ammour in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zoheir Bendjedid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chadli Ammour recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute, Chadli Ammour made a precise shot to the right of Zoheir Bendjedid. South Pittsburg AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Brahim Boukensa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yasmina Ahmed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmed Zenia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoheir Bendjedid having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, South Pittsburg AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmed Zenia came free, but Zoheir Bendjedid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Madjid Benaouf in the 21st minute really tested Brahim Boukensa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Chadli Ammour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zoheir Bendjedid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Zenia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Brahim Boukensa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheikha Fergani in the 39th minute of play. Yasmina Ahmed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brahim Boukensa having to interfere. Mohammed Ahmed Chedda kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Allendale AFC booed when South Pittsburg AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hocine Bentaala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmed Zenia to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Chadli Ammour could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Zoheir Bendjedid however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Allendale AFC defense, Lakhdar Zakaria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brahim Boukensa. The Allendale AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brahim Boukensa should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Zoheir Macias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 67 played minutes Allendale AFC got a freekick which was hit by Brahim Souakri. After 68 played minutes South Pittsburg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Boubekeur Abbas. Chadli Ammour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoheir Bendjedid having to interfere. When Ahmed Zenia came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Allendale AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmed Zenia couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasmina Ahmed in the 75th minute of play forced Allendale AFC's goalkeeper Brahim Boukensa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zoheir Bendjedid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Zenia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boubekeur Abbas kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Brahim Boukensa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fodil Yahia in the 98th minute of the match. Allendale AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
