When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Belaid Sofiane took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Smail Zidane to make any attempt to save it. If Smail Fadhil Mohamed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Smail Zidane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belaid Sofiane, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Lakhdar Boutella kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Abdel Hamid Bezzaz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Fort Carson's Smail Zidane got control of the ball when Belaid Sofiane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Smail Zidane stood somewhat misplaced when Djamel Mezair came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 35 minute. 39 minutes into the match, Fort Carson's goalkeeper Smail Zidane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belaid Sofiane. Belaid Sofiane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Smail Zidane made a huge save. Smail Zidane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belaid Sofiane in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chadli Yahia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
