Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Beacon Square FC's Fawzi Aggoune started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Fawzi Aggoune had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nasserredine Hadjadj was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Fawzi Aggoune capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fawzi Aggoune really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Fawzi Aggoune's late challenge caught a Sandia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fawzi Aggoune helped the player get up and apologised. Fawzi Aggoune kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Mohamed Boudiaf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Boudiaf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mansour Kouidri in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Soltani Teissier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fawzi Aggoune in the 27th minute of play forced Sandia FC's goalkeeper Nasserredine Hadjadj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes, Cherif Benflis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandia FC and the Beacon Square FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Cherif Benflis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Mohamed Boudiaf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sandia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohamed Boudiaf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Soltani Teissier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Soltani Teissier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mohamed Boudiaf went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 37 played minutes Beacon Square FC got a freekick which was hit by Abdelmalek Toumi. In the 38th minute, Mansour Kouidri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sandia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Cheb Chedda hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When Hamid Hanin came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Beacon Square FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamid Hanin couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sandia FC's Cheb Chedda got a free kick in the 44th minute. Beacon Square FC's attack was well implemented in the 45th minute, but when Fawzi Aggoune was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. If Fawzi Aggoune had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mansour Kouidri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mohamed Boudiaf kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Beacon Square FC's keeper Soltani Teissier was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Mansour Kouidri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohamed Boudiaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Soltani Teissier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandia FC's Nasserredine Hadjadj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kader Adjani in the 64th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Sandia FC got a freekick which was hit by Yahia Ali. The supporters of Sandia FC booed when Beacon Square FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelmalek Toumi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kader Adjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Sandia FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Beacon Square FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
