Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stanton's Chadli El-Kenz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rubbisham Forest's Abdelkader Kensi got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Rubbisham Forest booed when Stanton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tahar Dziri didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tahar Dziri fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stanton's protests and gave Tahar Dziri a yellow card for diving instead. Tahar Dziri kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Stanton's Noureddine Abbas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maamar Dahar in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chadli El-Kenz in the 24th minute of play forced Rubbisham Forest's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Bouzid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelkader Kensi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Abbas having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Mansour Bourebbou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noureddine Abbas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 34th minute, Maamar Dahar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noureddine Abbas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Noureddine Abbas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maamar Dahar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rabah Hamid got free with Abdelaziz Bouzid in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Rubbisham Forest were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mansour Bourebbou made a kick off. Abdelkader Kensi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noureddine Abbas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Rubbisham Forest's Abdelkader Kensi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After 56 played minutes Abdelkader Kensi rounded Stanton's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. Abdelkader Kensi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mansour Bourebbou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Abbas having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Rubbisham Forest's Mansour Bourebbou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noureddine Abbas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Stanton getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tahar Dziri hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chadli El-Kenz in the 70th minute of play forced Rubbisham Forest's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Bouzid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tahar Dziri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelaziz Bouzid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazid Fadela in the 74th minute of play forced Rubbisham Forest's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Bouzid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelkader Kensi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Abbas having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Chadli El-Kenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Stanton's goalkeeper Noureddine Abbas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maamar Dahar. Noureddine Abbas came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Rubbisham Forest's Abdelkader Kensi. But to his dismay, Abdelkader Kensi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Abdelaziz Bouzid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Hamid, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Abdelkader Kensi took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noureddine Abbas. Noureddine Abbas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Rubbisham Forest's Abdelaziz Bouzid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chadli El-Kenz in the 94th minute of play. The Stanton fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rubbisham Forest were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
