FC The Vikings's Nouredine Benmabrouk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Hocine Oussalah could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Nouredine Benmabrouk however easily saved by the left post. In the 7th match minute, FC The Vikings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benamar Metref to maneuver through the defense. Amrani Sad struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Nouredine Benmabrouk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poplar Bluff AFC. Hocine Oussalah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nouredine Benmabrouk having to interfere. Ricardo Estavan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nouredine Benmabrouk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Hocine Oussalah took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nouredine Benmabrouk. Nouredine Benmabrouk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Medjadi Lacen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Daham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nouredine Benmabrouk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hocine Oussalah went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Poplar Bluff AFC booed when FC The Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benamar Metref didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amrani Sad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nouredine Benmabrouk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Said Mammeri lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Nouredine Benmabrouk, was totally fooled by Poplar Bluff AFC's Amrani Sad, who 41 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC The Vikings's zone, Ricardo Estavan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nouredine Benmabrouk came out of the goal and Ricardo Estavan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmed Zemmamouche made a kick off. After some careless play in the FC The Vikings defense, Hocine Oussalah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nouredine Benmabrouk. The FC The Vikings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nouredine Benmabrouk should have stopped the shot. When Farid Khalef fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC The Vikings's protests and gave Farid Khalef a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC The Vikings's Farid Khalef got a free kick in the 56th minute. Amrani Sad was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hocine Oussalah took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nouredine Benmabrouk. Nouredine Benmabrouk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 62 minutes into the match, Ricardo Estavan notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of FC The Vikings's Nouredine Benmabrouk. Nouredine Benmabrouk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Poplar Bluff AFC fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Poplar Bluff AFC's Hocine Oussalah looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nouredine Benmabrouk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Estavan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Ricardo Estavan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poplar Bluff AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Hocine Oussalah scored 11-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nouredine Benmabrouk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC The Vikings's Mouloud Ahmed was substituted for Yacine Halimi. Abdel Hamid Chaouchi scored 12-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nouredine Benmabrouk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Mouloud Ahmed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nouredine Benmabrouk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 91st minute of play. Nouredine Benmabrouk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Abdel Hamid Chaouchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nouredine Benmabrouk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Poplar Bluff AFC's zone, Ahmed Zemmamouche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Medjadi Lacen came out of the goal and Ahmed Zemmamouche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Poplar Bluff AFC fully deserved thier win.
