Mourad Kouici hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Ernesto Eguen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nasserredine Abdelghani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the game, atlético's Islam Kabakchi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nasserredine Abdelghani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Garfield Dream Team's Nasserredine Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Eguen in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Yazid Amara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nasserredine Abdelghani came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by atlético's Ernesto Eguen. But to his dismay, Ernesto Eguen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 35 minutes into the match, Garfield Dream Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Dominix came free, but Nasserredine Abdelghani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nasserredine Abdelghani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Che in the 37th minute of the match. Garfield Dream Team's Nasserredine Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Dominix in the 39th minute of play. Nasserredine Abdelghani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Dominix in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Dominix in the 42nd minute of play forced Garfield Dream Team's goalkeeper Nasserredine Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Ernesto Eguen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The atlético fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After the first half atlético were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ernesto Eguen made the kick off in the second half. atlético's Tomas Dominix got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquilino Che recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Islam Kabakchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Nasserredine Abdelghani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garfield Dream Team's Nasserredine Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Eguen in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Mohamed Benzine notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Garfield Dream Team's Nasserredine Abdelghani. Nasserredine Abdelghani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, Ernesto Eguen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nasserredine Abdelghani, passed just outside the right post. After 68 played minutes Garfield Dream Team got a freekick which was hit by Lazhar Zenia. In the 69th minute, Ernesto Eguen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nasserredine Abdelghani. The goal made the score 0-6. atlético's Islam Kabakchi got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nasserredine Abdelghani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Eguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, atlético's Anther Laura Douibi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nasserredine Abdelghani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Garfield Dream Team's Assia Kaci Said got a free kick in the 90th minute. After some careless play in the Garfield Dream Team defense, Anther Laura Douibi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nasserredine Abdelghani. The Garfield Dream Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nasserredine Abdelghani should have stopped the shot.
