Spectators: 8047 (Terracing: 6036, Seating: 1851, VIP seats: 160) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Morton Bondy got the match started through his kick off. Rainier Drouin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morton Bondy in the 5th minute of the match. Spencer Rochon struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Rainier Drouin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pakenham FC. Rainier Drouin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morton Bondy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Spencer Rochon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rainier Drouin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pakenham FC's Vernon Willis got a free kick in the 13th minute. Venice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Buster Hurt in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jake Myers got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilber Hurley quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 34th minute, Spencer Rochon made a precise shot to the right of Rainier Drouin. Venice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Spencer Rochon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Venice's goal looked a bit too open when Morton Bondy came free, but Rainier Drouin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Erasmo Livingston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morton Bondy in the 44th minute of play forced Venice's goalkeeper Rainier Drouin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spencer Rochon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Venice players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pakenham FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bryan DeGrasse to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Pakenham FC's Morton Bondy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rainier Drouin. That made the score 0-2 after 53 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaud Finney during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Venice getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Arnaud Finney hit a great ball. The supporters of Pakenham FC booed when Venice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Peters didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rainier Drouin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vernon Willis in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Vernon Willis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pakenham FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Morton Bondy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rainier Drouin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rainier Drouin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vernon Willis in the 71st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Morton Bondy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pakenham FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Morton Bondy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rainier Drouin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Venice's zone, Morton Bondy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rainier Drouin came out of the goal and Morton Bondy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Pakenham FC's Morton Bondy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rainier Drouin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Roch Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pakenham FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 84th minute of the game, when Vernon Willis after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Venice's goal. Vernon Willis was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Morton Bondy in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rainier Drouin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Spencer Rochon sped through Venice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rainier Drouin. Bryan DeGrasse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rainier Drouin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morton Bondy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Venice fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pakenham FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
