In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Name's goalkeeper Randall Workman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Randall Workman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecil Goss in the 15th minute of play. Isaiah Lange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tawatinaw AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Clément Cannon 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. When Isaiah Lange came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Team Name fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaiah Lange couldn't finish the play. Léonce Chatman kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match, Clément Cannon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wallace Kilgore saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecil Goss in the 47th minute of play forced Team Name's goalkeeper Randall Workman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cecil Goss to strike the kick off in the second half. If Théodore Reese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaiah Lange fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wallace Kilgore having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clément Cannon in the 65th minute of play forced Tawatinaw AFC's goalkeeper Wallace Kilgore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Team Name's Randall Workman got control of the ball when Théodore Reese tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Team Name's goalkeeper Randall Workman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Théodore Reese. Clément Cannon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Team Name booed when Tawatinaw AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Peachey didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Isaiah Lange came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Team Name fans jumped to their feet. Wallace Kilgore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tawatinaw AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Team Name.
