Spectators: 7159 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moshe Robison kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Moshe Robison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rory Kincaid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Real Montréal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alden Prince came free, but Nicolae Vacarciuc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes mapleleaf got a freekick which was hit by Johnathon Squires. Moshe Robison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frederick Aarøe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rory Kincaid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolae Vacarciuc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alden Prince's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Frederick Aarøe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rory Kincaid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes mapleleaf got a freekick which was hit by Marlin Chatigny. Nicolae Vacarciuc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alden Prince, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alden Prince's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolae Vacarciuc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Real Montréal FC booed when mapleleaf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alden Prince didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Moshe Robison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alden Prince to strike the kick off in the second half. Moshe Robison's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Rory Kincaid skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cafu Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Kincaid having to interfere. Moshe Robison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Moshe Robison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Montréal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Moshe Robison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rory Kincaid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frederick Aarøe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Kincaid having to interfere. Marlin Chatigny hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Real Montréal FC's Moshe Robison was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. mapleleaf's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Osvaldo Racine scored to the left of an out of position Rory Kincaid, making the score, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Johnathon Squires during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes mapleleaf got a freekick which was hit by Johnathon Squires. Cafu Capixaba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rory Kincaid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, mapleleaf's goal looked a bit too open when Frederick Aarøe came free, but Rory Kincaid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moshe Robison in the 87th minute of play forced mapleleaf's goalkeeper Rory Kincaid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Montréal FC's Cafu Capixaba got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cafu Capixaba's late challenge caught a mapleleaf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cafu Capixaba helped the player get up and apologised. Real Montréal FC played a much better game than mapleleaf and deserved their victory. The mapleleaf players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
