Oren Trépanier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurice Burnette having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Riley Pitts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dobermans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Riley Pitts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Lothaire Borden notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Dobermans's Danny Fish. Danny Fish was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maurice Burnette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oren Trépanier in the 46th minute of the match. Deathbridge Rattlesnakes's Maurice Burnette proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Deathbridge Rattlesnakes from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Riley Pitts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dobermans's supporters rose to their feet, but Riley Pitts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurice Burnette breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Deathbridge Rattlesnakes players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Dobermans from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
