After having played for 11 minutes, Didier Sterling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baden AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Didier Sterling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harlan Minton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Baden AFC's goalkeeper Malcom Esposito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xavier Funk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malcom Esposito having to make a save. In the 29th minute, Xavier Funk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malcom Esposito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harlan Minton, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Baden AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Harlan Minton came free, but Malcom Esposito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, CAMBA CUA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Didier Sterling came free, but Jimmy Lanctot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Didier Sterling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jimmy Lanctot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, CAMBA CUA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bennie Moquin to maneuver through the defense. When Frankie Engle came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Baden AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frankie Engle couldn't finish the play. If Frankie Engle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmy Lanctot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didier Sterling in the 91st minute of play. Malcom Esposito made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Xavier Funk sent off a good shot on target.
