After having played for 2 minutes, Ross Galloway managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirkella's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ross Galloway was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ross Galloway could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Bill Nicholas made a huge save. Pons Li's late challenge caught a Redstone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pons Li helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kirkella's Pons Li got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ross Galloway scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bill Nicholas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ross Galloway scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bill Nicholas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute Sherman Keenan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Booker Donovan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Redstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isiah Dupont to maneuver through the defense. Bill Nicholas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ross Galloway in the 38th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ross Galloway to strike the kick off in the second half. If Erich Desjardins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Redstone's Booker Donovan threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thomas Esquivel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Booker Donovan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Esquivel in the 61st minute of the match. Kirkella's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Thomas Esquivel 63 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Bill Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ross Galloway in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Esquivel in the 69th minute of play forced Kirkella's goalkeeper Booker Donovan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Booker Donovan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Esquivel's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Ross Galloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sherman Keenan came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Redstone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sherman Keenan couldn't finish the play. Thomas Esquivel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Booker Donovan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Kirkella's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sherman Keenan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Barton McCall struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Booker Donovan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redstone. In the 90th minute, Thomas Esquivel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Booker Donovan made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Barton McCall sent off a good shot on target. Kirkella's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
