After a defensive mix-up in Condors Andins's zone, Jean Croteau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacio Boyer came out of the goal and Jean Croteau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ron Burke came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Liverpool fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ron Burke couldn't finish the play. Jean Croteau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ignacio Boyer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Croteau in the 16th minute. Pat Bouvier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ignacio Boyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Maynard Hurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reed Cowan hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the last second Ignacio Boyer throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jean Croteau in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ron Burke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Boyer made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Jean Croteau sent off a good shot on target. Condors Andins's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Jean Croteau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tod Rodgers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Boyer made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Jean Croteau sent off a good shot on target. Ignacio Boyer was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Faustino Pritchard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Faustino Pritchard really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blaise Valle made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Pat Bouvier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute Pat Bouvier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Boyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liverpool's supporters rose to their feet, but Tod Rodgers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Boyer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ignacio Boyer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Liverpool's Jean Croteau in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Condors Andins's goalkeeper Ignacio Boyer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Liverpool's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean Croteau in the 98th minute. It was a well-played corner which Ron Burke managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.
