Paul Everett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Rouse struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Preston Phillips didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suquash AFC. If Rolando Rouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denver Morel kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Laval Canadians's goalkeeper Preston Phillips had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Monty. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Fabian Monty put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Preston Phillips. Preston Phillips showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Rouse, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jamaal McIntyre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tony Dobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Rolando Rouse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suquash AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Rouse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Preston Phillips breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute Rolando Rouse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Phillips saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jamaal McIntyre made a kick off. Preston Phillips took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Monty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Laval Canadians booed when Suquash AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herschel Rainey didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th match minute, Suquash AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lambert Browne to maneuver through the defense. Laval Canadians's Preston Phillips played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odis Sloan in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Suquash AFC's Fabian Monty sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Preston Phillips narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Suquash AFC's goalkeeper Tony Dobson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Everett. Suquash AFC's Fabian Monty got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Preston Phillips made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Rouse in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Rolando Rouse notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Laval Canadians's Preston Phillips. Preston Phillips was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute Rolando Rouse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Phillips saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gail Cyr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Dobson having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Fabian Monty managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suquash AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Monty was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute, Rolando Rouse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Suquash AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
