Spectators: 8588 (Terracing: 6442, Seating: 1975, VIP seats: 171) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brad Lyles took the kick off in the first half of the match. Francisco Beltza's late challenge caught a Clairmont AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Beltza helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Clairmont AFC booed when Eston AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Beltza didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tyrell Lafond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Tyrell Lafond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eston AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tyrell Lafond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Wray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Tyrell Lafond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Clairmont AFC defense, Tyrell Lafond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Wray. The Clairmont AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Wray should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Eston AFC's Léon Abel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hector Wray. Hector Wray yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Tyrell Lafond came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hector Wray could save by the left post. Tyrell Lafond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Wray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Abel, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, one of Eston AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Eston AFC. Laurenz Berrewouts had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Brad Lyles's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Léon Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Léon Abel made the kick off in the second half. Tyrell Lafond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Hector Wray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Léon Abel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hector Wray was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clairmont AFC's goalkeeper Hector Wray, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Léon Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Clairmont AFC's zone, Léon Abel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Wray came out of the goal and Léon Abel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Wray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Beltza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Eston AFC were awarded a corner. Tyrell Lafond went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Eston AFC's Chatziioannou Gaitanopoulos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to Clairmont AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Wilmer Perrault hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Wilmer Perrault hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tyrell Lafond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Clairmont AFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Robert Bermudez hit a great ball. If Tyrell Lafond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Léon Abel put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hector Wray. Hector Wray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Abel, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
