Léon Abel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Hector Wray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léon Abel in the 12th minute of play forced Clairmont AFC's goalkeeper Hector Wray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léon Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Wray having to interfere. Hector Wray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyrell Lafond in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Eston AFC were awarded a corner. Tyrell Lafond went to the cornerflag to take it. Chatziioannou Gaitanopoulos made a great header on Eston AFC's corner, it was just that Clairmont AFC's Hector Wray managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyrell Lafond in the 20th minute of play forced Clairmont AFC's goalkeeper Hector Wray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Tyrell Lafond sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hector Wray skillfully saved the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Tyrell Lafond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Wray. Clairmont AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tyrell Lafond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a little luck, Eston AFC's Laurenz Berrewouts got control of the ball when Brad Lyles tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Léon Abel to strike the kick off in the second half. When Robert Bermudez came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Clairmont AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Bermudez couldn't finish the play. Léon Abel struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. In the 72nd minute Léon Abel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Wray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Clairmont AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Beltza came free, but Hector Wray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Eston AFC booed when Clairmont AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grant Horn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Wray was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Léon Abel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
