The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teodoro Lunsford scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rocky Latham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rocky Latham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boniface Doiron's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Constantin Toth fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Graham Spangler. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Règne Rouge's manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. In the 24th minute of the match Belaid Benmabrouk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rocky Latham skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Constantin Toth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Règne Rouge's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantin Toth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Graham Spangler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rocky Latham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Coraș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantin Toth succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. L.A. Galaxy's Graham Spangler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Mansfield in the 40th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guy Sneed to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Règne Rouge getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fredrick Vasquez hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Geoffroi Conn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boniface Doirons short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Rocky Latham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 64 minutes into the game, Teodoro Lunsford recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rocky Latham. Teodoro Lunsford showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Marcel Coraș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Règne Rouge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Addison to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Règne Rouge's Rocky Latham got control of the ball when Boniface Doiron tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Geoffroi Conn fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Règne Rouge's protests and gave Geoffroi Conn a yellow card for diving instead. Geoffroi Conn kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Marcel Coraș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Règne Rouge's Rocky Latham got control of the ball when Boniface Doiron tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, L.A. Galaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Toth came free, but Graham Spangler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcel Coraș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Latham having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Lunsford got free with Rocky Latham in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Règne Rouge's Rocky Latham got control of the ball when Boniface Doiron tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, L.A. Galaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Toth came free, but Graham Spangler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boniface Doiron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Rocky Latham made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. L.A. Galaxy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
