Rocky Latham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenny Willett, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Philbert Oconnell notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Règne Rouge's Rocky Latham. Rocky Latham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Mancity Blues's Trey Loiselle got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of Mancity Blues booed when Règne Rouge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrick Vasquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 played minutes, Mancity Blues's Lyman Lin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rocky Latham came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mancity Blues reached it. Ricky Bowden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Sneed in the 60th minute of play. Rocky Latham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Gingras in the 70th minute. Constantin Toth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricky Bowden having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Florentino Gingras could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Rocky Latham however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Règne Rouge getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Vito Stanford hit a great ball. Rocky Latham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugh Shea in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philbert Oconnell in the 87th minute of play forced Règne Rouge's goalkeeper Rocky Latham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Florentino Gingras could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Rocky Latham however easily saved by the left post. Rocky Latham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philbert Oconnell in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantin Toth in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricky Bowden saved Mancity Blues from getting behind.
