With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bobbie Salter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Konrad Lind came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Parham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konrad Lind couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambroise Winters in the 38th minute of play forced Parham's goalkeeper Bobbie Salter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Parham's Keneth Compton got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute Ambroise Winters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobbie Salter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Parham got a freekick which was hit by Josue Burkhart. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Konrad Lind made a kick off. Parham's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leonel Nadeau 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Parham's zone, Leonel Nadeau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bobbie Salter came out of the goal and Leonel Nadeau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 80 minutes, Konrad Lind mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parham and the Portugal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Parham getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Konrad Lind hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Nadeau in the 85th minute of play forced Parham's goalkeeper Bobbie Salter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
