After 11 played minutes Happy FC got a freekick which was hit by Eldridge Blank. In the 16th minute, Maxime Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zachary Gour fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Happy FC's protests and gave Zachary Gour a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Happy FC's Zachary Gour got a free kick in the 20th minute. Angelo Nugent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glen Dickson in the 22nd minute of play. In the 22nd play minute Glen Dickson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Angelo Nugent. 2-0. Valentine Harrington had several of the Happy FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Angelo Nugent as he didn't even see the shot coming. Angelo Nugent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonia Merrill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Eldridge Blank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Happy FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Antonia Merrill scored to the left of an out of position Angelo Nugent, making the score, 4-0. Antonia Merrill was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Hurricanes FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonia Merrill to make the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Nugent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the match, Valentine Harrington notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Happy FC's Angelo Nugent. Angelo Nugent was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hurricanes FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
