Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antonia Merrill made the kick off which started today's match. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Antonia Merrill sped through Happy FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angelo Nugent. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Valentine Harrington sped through Happy FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angelo Nugent. In the 15th minute, Valentine Harrington ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Nugent was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 24th minute, Antonia Merrill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Happy FC's Angelo Nugent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonia Merrill in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentine Harrington in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Nugent saved Happy FC from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Gour came free, but Wally Delgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Valentine Harrington who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Happy FC's Angelo Nugent was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Happy FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Hurricanes FC. Elwood Keys stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Angelo Nugent. 0-5. In the 44th minute, Claudio Bermudez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes, Happy FC's Baudouin Larson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wally Delgado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Happy FC reached it. Angelo Nugent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentine Harrington, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. René Tétrault was the one to do the kick off. Maxime Holt kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Antonia Merrill struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Angelo Nugent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hurricanes FC. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Antonia Merrill put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Nugent. After a rather tough play, Happy FC's Bud Crabtree got a free kick in the 56th minute. Angelo Nugent was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antonia Merrill showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 60 minute of play. Hurricanes FC's attack was well implemented in the 64th minute, but when Antonia Merrill was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Hurricanes FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
