The attack was good, but when Francesco Di Lillo in the 25th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 26 minutes into the match, Dodge Rammos's goal looked a bit too open when Rickey McLain came free, but Eduardo Tinsley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francesco Di Lillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Francesco Di Lillo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eduardo Tinsley. Francesco Di Lillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Di Lillo in the 65th minute of play forced Dodge Rammos's goalkeeper Eduardo Tinsley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Tinsley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Di Lillo's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Francesco Di Lillo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Eduardo Tinsley 69 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute of the match, Francesco Di Lillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eduardo Tinsley saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sunnyvale FC's Francesco Di Lillo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 83rd minute, Theirn Merritt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the game, Francesco Di Lillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Eduardo Tinsley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Melchor Elija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theirn Merritt in the 89th minute of play. Herb Riddle kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Eduardo Tinsley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirk Camacho in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Sunnyvale FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dodge Rammos.
