Jordan Horner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KW Warriors. The audience was convinced that Rich Gregg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jordan Horner was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Joshua Shook blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Terrance Comer having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Broderick Hillman got free with Jordan Horner in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rich Gregg in the 40th minute of play forced Sheshegwaning's goalkeeper Jordan Horner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marlon Moser's late challenge caught a Sheshegwaning's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some careless play in the KW Warriors defense, Adrien Willoughby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Terrance Comer. The KW Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Terrance Comer should have stopped the shot.
