Seating: 1936, VIP seats: 168) Sheshegwaning's Roger Sicard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Broderick Hillman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jordan Horner was a little too slow when Murray Swain got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Sheshegwaning's Jordan Horner got control of the ball when Broderick Hillman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes Sheshegwaning got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Cuillerier. Murray Swain struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jordan Horner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KW Warriors. The audience was convinced that Rich Gregg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jordan Horner was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. The supporters of KW Warriors booed when Sheshegwaning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffery Crook didn't get a good kick on the ball. Broderick Hillman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jordan Horner firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 23 minutes, Joshua Shook mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sheshegwaning and the KW Warriors players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Joshua Shook hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Terrance Comer came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sheshegwaning's Adrien Willoughby. But to his dismay, Adrien Willoughby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Joshua Shook blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Terrance Comer having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Broderick Hillman got free with Jordan Horner in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rich Gregg in the 40th minute of play forced Sheshegwaning's goalkeeper Jordan Horner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrien Willoughby in the 45th minute of play forced KW Warriors's goalkeeper Terrance Comer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terrance Comer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Sicard in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Augustin Cuillerier tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jordan Horner. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-2 in the 54th minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Broderick Hillman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sheshegwaning's Jordan Horner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the match, KW Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Adrien Willoughby came free, but Terrance Comer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlon Moser's late challenge caught a Sheshegwaning's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marlon Moser helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sheshegwaning booed when KW Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marlon Moser didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Jeffry Hirsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan Horner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murray Swain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jordan Horner having to make a save. Jordan Horner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Broderick Hillman in the 69th minute of the match. Jordan Horner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeffry Hirsch in the 71st minute of play. Sheshegwaning's Jordan Horner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Broderick Hillman in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Sicard in the 74th minute of play forced KW Warriors's goalkeeper Terrance Comer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rich Gregg in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jordan Horner saved Sheshegwaning from getting behind. Jordan Horner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Broderick Hillman in the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the KW Warriors defense, Adrien Willoughby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Terrance Comer. The KW Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Terrance Comer should have stopped the shot. Jeffry Hirsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Broderick Hillman in the 86th minute of play forced Sheshegwaning's goalkeeper Jordan Horner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sheshegwaning eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
