Spectators: 8006 (Terracing: 6006, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manolito Abeitia started the match with the kick off. Betadur Abancens came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Millares AFC's Quintun Abella. But to his dismay, Quintun Abella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Millares AFC's Manolito Abeitia in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tapicas AFC's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Tapicas AFC's Matai Abar threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benet Abella, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benet Abella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolito Abeitia in the 19th minute of play forced Tapicas AFC's goalkeeper Betadur Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quintun Abella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betadur Abancens having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Isusko Aballe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tapicas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Millares AFC the free kick. Isusko Aballe hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Goyo Abecia during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tapicas AFC booed when Millares AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Goyo Abecia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benet Abella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matai Abar having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Millares AFC's Quintun Abella sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Betadur Abancens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Charro Abar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Matai Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Benet Abella made the kick off in the second half. Quintun Abella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manolito Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Betadur Abancens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Millares AFC's Rogelio Abalos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rogelio Abalos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Millares AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rogelio Abalos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 59 minutes into the game, one of Millares AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 65 minutes into the game, Tapicas AFC's Benet Abella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matai Abar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Benet Abella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Matai Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolito Abeitia in the 75th minute of play forced Tapicas AFC's goalkeeper Betadur Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Manolito Abeitia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Betadur Abancens was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Millares AFC's Manolito Abeitia got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tapicas AFC's zone, Manolito Abeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betadur Abancens came out of the goal and Manolito Abeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 minutes of play, Millares AFC's Goyo Abecia made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betadur Abancens was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Apolo Abello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Goyo Abecia came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Millares AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Goyo Abecia couldn't finish the play. Millares AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
