The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Aguirre getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barker AFC reached it. After a rather tough play, Barker AFC's Viator Jibaja got a free kick in the 12th minute. Barker AFC's Matro Sempere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Barker AFC from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the game, Pedro Pirez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matro Sempere. Pedro Pirez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Pedro Pirez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Matro Sempere skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Barker AFC's Ascencio Airoldi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Victor Vergas kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Lluques Azpiroz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barker AFC's Matro Sempere didn't even have to move. Pedro Pirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Matro Sempere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garin Monteserin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rai Butron having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Barker AFC's zone, Kaiet Calva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matro Sempere came out of the goal and Kaiet Calva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Garin Monteserin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rai Butron was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 44 minutes into the match, Barker AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Kaiet Calva came free, but Matro Sempere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaiet Calva to make the kick off. Barker AFC's Matro Sempere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaiet Calva in the 56th minute of play. If Garin Monteserin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguirre's Rai Butron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garin Monteserin in the 62nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Pirez in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matro Sempere prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Aurelio Ferrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguirre's Rai Butron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garin Monteserin in the 85th minute of play. Garin Monteserin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rai Butron having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Kaiet Calva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguirre's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaiet Calva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matro Sempere breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Aguirre defense, Aurelio Ferrero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rai Butron. The Aguirre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rai Butron should have stopped the shot. The Aguirre supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barker AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Barker AFC.
