After a rather tough play, Carrasco AFC's Cerilo Piñango got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ubendu Alesanco scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ondino Barcaiztegui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerold Rebollar took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ondino Barcaiztegui. Ondino Barcaiztegui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 15 minutes, Ivan Cerrudemos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ituzaingo AFC and the Carrasco AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Ituzaingo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Cerrudemos. With a little luck, Ituzaingo AFC's Gaskon Astozas got control of the ball when Tabb Joseph tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerold Rebollar hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tabb Joseph during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Carrasco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tabb Joseph. After a rather tough play, Ituzaingo AFC's Ubendu Alesanco got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Carrasco AFC's Tiburcio Atencio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaskon Astozas. That made the score 1-2 after 23 minutes of play. Ubendu Alesanco's late challenge caught a Carrasco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubendu Alesanco helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Ituzaingo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ubendu Alesanco. Tiburcio Atencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th match minute, Ituzaingo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubendu Alesanco to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Josue Palomarez in the 35th minute really tested Gaskon Astozas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francis Argamasilla got free with Gaskon Astozas in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ituzaingo AFC's Gaskon Astozas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Atencio in the 40th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiburcio Atencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ituzaingo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Atencio came free, but Gaskon Astozas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Ubendu Alesanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carrasco AFC's Tabb Joseph got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiburcio Atencio struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Gaskon Astozas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrasco AFC. In the 61st match minute, Ituzaingo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerold Rebollar to maneuver through the defense. Tabb Joseph blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaskon Astozas having to make a save. Jerold Rebollar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ondino Barcaiztegui having to interfere. A collision led to Carrasco AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Francis Argamasilla hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Ituzaingo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tabb Joseph came free, but Gaskon Astozas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tiburcio Atencio came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Carrasco AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Atencio couldn't finish the play. Gaskon Astozas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Atencio in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Carrasco AFC's Tabb Joseph sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaskon Astozas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ituzaingo AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
