Ysidro Bejarano kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peyo Guerrico in the 10th minute of play forced Caraballo's goalkeeper Michael Ballina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 played minutes Caraballo got a freekick which was hit by Ysidro Bejarano. Caraballo's Michael Ballina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Mensa in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosalio Acuña in the 18th minute of play forced Caraballo's goalkeeper Michael Ballina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Otsando Leicea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraballo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otsando Leicea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Reboyras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peio Cimbrelo in the 22nd minute of play. Gaston Mensa kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Otsando Leicea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Modesto Reboyras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peio Cimbrelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Reboyras having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Caraballo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysidro Bejarano to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Otsando Leicea made a kick off. Peio Cimbrelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Modesto Reboyras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Peio Cimbrelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otsando Leicea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Reboyras having to interfere. Hermelando Pellicer kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes, Caraballo's Peio Cimbrelo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Modesto Reboyras came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caraballo reached it. Artilleros AFC's Modesto Reboyras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peio Cimbrelo in the 66th minute of play. Fernanco Chavez made in the 69th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Reimundo Peinado however managed to control. Michael Ballina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rosalio Acuña went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a long run with the ball, Rosalio Acuña did a trick in the 75th minute in front of Caraballo's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-0. When the referee ended the match the Artilleros AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
