Eustaquio Hidalgo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pietro Doñez having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Cayo Galnares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd match minute, Sauce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Hidalgo to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Hondona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27thth minute of the game Robert Lewandowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Conchillas FC's Pietro Doñez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eustaquio Hidalgo was shown his second yellow card after 28 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Conchillas FC booed when Sauce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Hidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Conchillas FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Pio Sandines hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Remicio Velazquez notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sauce's Miromir Drab. Miromir Drab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Conchillas FC booed when Sauce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llanos Lemos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llanos Lemos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Segundo Trueba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miromir Drab. Sauce's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remicio Velazquez was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Lewandowski in the 56th minute of play forced Conchillas FC's goalkeeper Pietro Doñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pietro Doñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Lewandowski in the 57th minute of play. Robert Lewandowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pietro Doñez having to interfere. A collision led to Sauce getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vicente Hondona hit a great ball. After 65 minutes of play, Sauce's Robert Lewandowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pietro Doñez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st minute, Remicio Velazquez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 73 minutes into the match, Robert Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pietro Doñez. Conchillas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Lewandowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Hondona in the 77th minute of play forced Conchillas FC's goalkeeper Pietro Doñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Vicente Hondona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sauce's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Hondona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pietro Doñez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Admon Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Pietro Doñez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sauce. Vicente Hondona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Conchillas FC's goalkeeper Pietro Doñez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robert Lewandowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pietro Doñez having to make a save. Llanos Lemos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Pietro Doñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Lewandowski in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pietro Doñez saved Conchillas FC from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sauce fully deserved thier win.
