Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xuaco Piñero in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sayvion Cañarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 minutes of play, Piedras's Urbasa Botbol made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sayvion Cañarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bakar Olea made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Pepillo Oyarzabal sent off a good shot on target. Pepillo Oyarzabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Todor Landaburu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Piedras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Pepillo Oyarzabal scored to the left of an out of position Bakar Olea, making the score, 1-2. In the 28th minute Xuaco Piñero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sayvion Cañarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Urbasa Botbol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pepillo Oyarzabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bakar Olea having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Acegua's goal looked a bit too open when Urbasa Botbol came free, but Sayvion Cañarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Piedras's goal looked a bit too open when Todor Landaburu came free, but Bakar Olea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Todor Landaburu made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Acegua's goalkeeper Sayvion Cañarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urbasa Botbol. Todor Landaburu struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Bakar Olea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acegua. Sayvion Cañarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xuaco Piñero's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Urbasa Botbol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acegua's Todor Landaburu got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Soin Cerrajeria hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Todor Landaburu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Xuaco Piñero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sayvion Cañarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonza Rezabal hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, Ruperto Irigoyen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piedras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acegua the free kick. A collision led to Piedras getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ruperto Irigoyen hit a great ball. When Todor Landaburu came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Acegua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Todor Landaburu couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piedras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Acegua. Lekubegi Pozo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bakar Olea. 2-2. The Piedras players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Acegua from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
