Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) Paysandu FC's Marcones Damar got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dino Padrones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcones Damar, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guilabertus Borbolla during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Delaval F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilabertus Borbolla to maneuver through the defense. Dino Padrones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmai Vadillo in the 20th minute of play. If Marcones Damar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A long shot from Gil Feijo in the 25th minute of play was well struck, but Dino Padrones made a really good save at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Esteban Colomines managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paysandu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Colomines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Padrones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paysandu FC's Niolaao Lorenzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odilon Trigo in the 32nd minute of play. Odilon Trigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gomez Mendaza might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niolaao Lorenzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gomez Mendaza ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odilon Trigo in the 49th minute of play forced Paysandu FC's goalkeeper Niolaao Lorenzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Odilon Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Niolaao Lorenzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Marcones Damar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Padrones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dino Padrones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcones Damar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marcones Damar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Esteban Colomines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Padrones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes, Delaval F.C.'s Ponce Casal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niolaao Lorenzo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Delaval F.C. reached it. 81 minutes into the game, Transito Novajas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paysandu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Delaval F.C. the free kick. Delaval F.C.'s Mede Toralino got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gomez Mendaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Esteban Colomines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esteban Colomines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Padrones having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Delaval F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Felix Colsa. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Delaval F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
