Sugoi Mendecute might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dino Padrones. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sugoi Mendecute ran back to his position shaking his head. Dino Padrones was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gaston Bono showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. Hulberto Barquin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Padrones having to interfere. Sugoi Mendecute sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
