Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Orlanda Alamea took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vasco Rivacoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlanda Alamea in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Orlanda Alamea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Sergio Osas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Godoy AFC's Vasco Rivacoba. Vasco Rivacoba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute of the match Gaskon Sarra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vasco Rivacoba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Roger Capa kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Godoy AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chumo Gainzarain to maneuver through the defense. Orlanda Alamea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Godoy AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fortun Caño hit a great ball. Sergio Osas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Rivacoba having to interfere. Abayuba's Roldanillo Balli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Yturrondo in the 37th minute of play. Fortun Caño charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fortun Caño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Abayuba booed when Godoy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fortun Caño didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Abayuba's Sergio Osas in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Godoy AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Orlanda Alamea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abayuba's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlanda Alamea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasco Rivacoba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pastor Yturrondo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Osas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Vasco Rivacoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Granela during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Godoy AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jose Granela hit a great ball. Sergio Osas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vasco Rivacoba firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakobe Lavin in the 68th minute of play forced Abayuba's goalkeeper Roldanillo Balli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Artur Anda fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abayuba's protests and gave Artur Anda a yellow card for diving instead. Artur Anda kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Pastor Yturrondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roldanillo Balli having to interfere. Artur Anda hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Roldanillo Balli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakobe Lavin in the 76th minute of the match. Roldanillo Balli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Yturrondo's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Sergio Osas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Godoy AFC's zone, Sergio Osas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasco Rivacoba came out of the goal and Sergio Osas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sergio Osas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Vasco Rivacoba made a huge save. Jakobe Lavin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Abayuba defense, Jakobe Lavin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roldanillo Balli. The Abayuba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roldanillo Balli should have stopped the shot. Godoy AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
