Barrancas
Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Modesto Traves started the match with the kick off. Manny Alen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ruy Soba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute Modesto Traves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Soba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sustrai Velunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Barrancas's Modesto Traves got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 18 played minutes, Vazquez FC's Bitxintxo Gayoso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Todor Villagarcia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vazquez FC reached it. Enrique Fragua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Asturiano hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Todor Villagarcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Fragua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Fragua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Barrancas getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cleto Asturiano hit a great ball. Vazquez FC's Ruy Soba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Traves in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vazquez FC's Ximen Hortuño got a free kick in the 41st minute. Ruy Soba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Traves in the 45th minute of play. Vazquez FC's Sustrai Velunza got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Enrique Fragua made the kick off in the second half. If Modesto Traves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Caloca kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Barrancas's Xavion Landeribar tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 64 minutes, Sustrai Velunza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vazquez FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sustrai Velunza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute of the match Nacho Ronda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruy Soba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ruy Soba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Traves's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Vazquez FC's Sustrai Velunza made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Todor Villagarcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute, Enrique Fragua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 77 in the game by Sustrai Velunza from a close distance when the talented Todor Villagarcia managed to make a qualified save. Barrancas's players were relieved. 79 minutes into the match, Vazquez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Traves came free, but Ruy Soba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Anderica charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Anderica the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vazquez FC booed when Barrancas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Anderica didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrancas's goalkeeper Todor Villagarcia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vazquez FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
