The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bemabe Olloque during the 3rd minute. Mederi Septien stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Resto Beitia. 0-1. Peralta FC's Resto Beitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Molleda in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Peralta FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cirilo Michelena hit a great ball. Mederi Septien kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Porongos AFC's goalkeeper Seber Esperta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elorri Barrial. Mederi Septien took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Resto Beitia. Peralta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 20th minute, Gregory Ardanza fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Seber Esperta, passed just outside the right post. Elorri Barrial sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes, Porongos AFC's Mederi Septien shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Resto Beitia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Porongos AFC reached it. Epifanio Molleda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Resto Beitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Michelena hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Mario Tuo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Resto Beitia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Elorri Barrial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Gregory Ardanza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seber Esperta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blasco Rubion hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Gregory Ardanza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Seber Esperta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Ardanza in the 83rd minute of play forced Porongos AFC's goalkeeper Seber Esperta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Elorri Barrial managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peralta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elorri Barrial was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seber Esperta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Resto Beitia made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Epifanio Molleda sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Porongos AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
