Loi Mendiune in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mateo Solbeida, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 6thth minute of the game Alberto Spencer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Artigas AFC's Mateo Solbeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mateo Solbeida made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Loi Mendiune sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Spencer in the 13th minute of play forced Artigas AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Solbeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Loi Mendiune elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Nicunihue Futbol Clú's Alberto Spencer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Solbeida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Loi Mendiune struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Mateo Solbeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nicunihue Futbol Clú. 33 minutes into the match, Nicunihue Futbol Clú's goal looked a bit too open when Ugaitz Boces came free, but Hermogenes Hernández reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artigas AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maurilio Bustinaga in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Odilon Cañellas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Solbeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loi Mendiune to make the kick off. A collision led to Artigas AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Galo Sarricolea hit a great ball. Nicunihue Futbol Clú's Loi Mendiune couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Artigas AFC. In the 54thth minute of the game Loi Mendiune who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Artigas AFC's Mateo Solbeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 minutes, Alberto Spencer made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Artigas AFC's Mateo Solbeida tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alberto Spencer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicunihue Futbol Clú were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Artigas AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Loi Mendiune took the corner. Mateo Solbeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loi Mendiune's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Mateo Solbeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Spencer, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After 78 minutes of play, Nicunihue Futbol Clú's Loi Mendiune made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Solbeida was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mateo Solbeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Spencer in the 80th minute of the match. After 84th play minutes Loi Mendiune shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Mateo Solbeida and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loi Mendiune in the 88th minute of play forced Artigas AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Solbeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artigas AFC's Mateo Solbeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loi Mendiune in the 93rd minute of play. There was no doubt that Nicunihue Futbol Clú were the better team. Nicunihue Futbol Clú's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
