Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Villa Real FC's Beltxe Mestas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Licerio Massey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute Beltxe Mestas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Cubero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uriel Cubero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Rocandio in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tebaldo Dosal got free with Saul Iscar in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, Chorache Tablares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villa Real FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niubels the free kick. After 9 played minutes Villa Real FC got a freekick which was hit by Chorache Tablares. Saul Iscar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donato Saiz's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Chorache Tablares took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uriel Cubero. Uriel Cubero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Niubels's Donato Saiz in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Real FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Niubels getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Tebaldo Dosal hit a great ball. Gentza Tomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Iscar having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gentza Tomas got free with Saul Iscar in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 28 minutes, Donato Saiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niubels's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Saiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uriel Cubero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urdin Campderros in the 32nd minute of play. Donato Saiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Saul Iscar made a huge save. If Gentza Tomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Urdin Campderros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uriel Cubero was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Indartsu Redin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donato Saiz to strike the kick off in the second half. Gonzalo Lizarazu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Indartsu Redin came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Niubels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Indartsu Redin couldn't finish the play. Niubels's Uriel Cubero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Niubels from getting a goal against them. Saul Iscar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tebaldo Dosal in the 64th minute of play. If Bruno Regueiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elia Rocandio's late challenge caught a Niubels's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elia Rocandio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Villa Real FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia Rocandio to maneuver through the defense. Saul Iscar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Saiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Chorache Tablares fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Uriel Cubero, passed just outside the right post. 75 minutes into the game, Niubels's Indartsu Redin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saul Iscar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gentza Tomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Saul Iscar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleto Pacio kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Saiz in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Iscar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Real FC's zone, Gentza Tomas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Iscar came out of the goal and Gentza Tomas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Saiz in the 87th minute of play forced Villa Real FC's goalkeeper Saul Iscar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Donato Saiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Niubels's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Saiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Iscar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villa Real FC's Saul Iscar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Saiz in the 91st minute of play. Donato Saiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Saiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niubels were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
