The supporters of Club YALE booed when Hombres de negro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mogel Sopeña didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Xepe Balcells ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Ter was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Xepe Balcells received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ernesto Ter came out and tried to block the shot, but Xepe Balcells slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Mogel Sopeña was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hombres de negro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club YALE the free kick. After 13 played minutes Hombres de negro got a freekick which was hit by Mogel Sopeña. After 14 minutes of play, Club YALE's Xepe Balcells made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Ter was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Hombres de negro booed when Club YALE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vistruario Coronel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xepe Balcells's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Ernesto Ter skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Elequemedo Villamil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Odilón Guardas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 33 played minutes Hombres de negro got a freekick which was hit by Geofredo Castropan. Ernesto Ter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xepe Balcells's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Odilón Guardas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geofredo Castropan in the 57th minute of play. When Club YALE's Xepe Balcells in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hombres de negro's goalie prevented a goal. If Solustiano Oces had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Elequemedo Villamil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hombres de negro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elequemedo Villamil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xepe Balcells succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. After 72 minutes, Xepe Balcells made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hombres de negro's Ernesto Ter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Aristides Locaio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club YALE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hombres de negro's zone, Xepe Balcells stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Ter came out of the goal and Xepe Balcells tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xepe Balcells in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Ter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Hombres de negro getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ponce Ajorbe hit a great ball. Club YALE were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hombres de negro for a fine match.
