Enrique Agranja hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Goes's Cordeiro Teja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eneko Edeon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 18th match minute, Club Atletico Goes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sydney Lopes to maneuver through the defense. When Club Atletico Goes's Pacorro Oropeza in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eneko Edeon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pacorro Oropeza in the 33rd minute of the match. After having played for 40 minutes, Gartzen Llantada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Goes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gartzen Llantada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eneko Edeon came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Goes's Gartzen Llantada. But to his dismay, Gartzen Llantada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Eneko Edeon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gartzen Llantada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Paysandú FCU players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atletico Goes were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zoltán Battai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zoltán Battai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Eneko Edeon made a huge save. In the 52nd minute Pacorro Oropeza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eneko Edeon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoltán Battai got free with Eneko Edeon in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paysandú FCU's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Pacorro Oropeza scored to the left of an out of position Eneko Edeon, making the score, 0-6. Eneko Edeon was a little too slow when Zoltán Battai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-7. Eneko Edeon was a little too slow when Seguinus Liaño got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-8. With his leg Eneko Edeon managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Club Atletico Goes's Zoltán Battai fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 79 played minutes Seguinus Liaño rounded Paysandú FCU's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. Club Atletico Goes made a substitution. Mikelar Gualda replaced Froilan Cambas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gartzen Llantada in the 86th minute of play forced Paysandú FCU's goalkeeper Eneko Edeon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eneko Edeon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 0-10. Eneko Edeon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seguinus Liaño in the 92nd minute of play. Eneko Edeon was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Seguinus Liaño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Seguinus Liaño really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Club Atletico Goes played a much better game than Paysandú FCU and deserved their victory. The Paysandú FCU players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
